As you may have heard, the FDA has removed GLP-1s, such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, from its shortage list. As a result, fewer pharmacies are able to compound these medications, leading to increased demand and slower shipping times at those still compounding. If you’ve ordered from us before, you’re familiar with our typically quick turnaround times; however, it is now taking 4–10 business days for medications to leave the pharmacy after a prescription is issued. We have not experienced any delays in the prescribing process. We are working diligently to process orders quickly and are actively adding more pharmacies to provide additional options and reduce strain on our current partners. You will be eligible to cancel your order and receive a refund if it has been 10 days since you ordered, and your prescription has yet to leave the pharmacy.
