You4You is a telehealth company offering personalized care across weight loss, daily wellness, sexual health, hair loss, and skincare. We work with licensed physicians to provide prescription treatments when appropriate, along with ongoing support tailored to your individual goals.
You4You is designed for individuals seeking a personalized, medically guided approach to improving their health and confidence. Whether your goals include weight management, overall wellness, sexual health support, hair restoration, or skincare, our providers review your health history to determine safe and effective treatment options. We believe every person’s journey is unique, and our care model is built to support you with customized treatment and responsive medical guidance.
At You4You, we offer personalized plans designed to meet your unique health needs and goals, delivered directly to you. Our simple 4-step process makes it easy to get started with our wellness solutions:
1. Choose Your Treatment
At You4You, we offer carefully selected medications designed to support your individual health and weight loss goals. We believe in full transparency, with no subscriptions or hidden fees. Choose the treatment that best aligns with your journey.
2. Questionnaire
After selecting your treatment, complete a quick online questionnaire. This short medical intake gathers important health history so our physicians can evaluate safety and suitability.
3. Consultation
A licensed physician reviews your information and connects with you to discuss your goals and answer any questions. This step helps finalize your personalized treatment plan and dosage.
4. Follow-Up
Your prescribed medication and supplies are shipped directly to your door with clear instructions. Our team provides ongoing support and regular check-ins, with flexible options to pause or cancel before your next shipment.
We are committed to helping our clients reclaim their health and confidence. Our objective is to establish a lasting connection between you and your provider, guaranteeing personalized and ongoing care. With our expertise, you can embark on your health and wellness journey and achieve your goals.
After purchasing the medication, a doctor will contact you within around 24 business hours. Since we work with multiple pharmacies, it is hard to give an exact timeframe for shipping times. If you have any concerns about your prescription fulfillment times, please reach out to us.
You can also track your shipment through our secure patient portal and opt in to receive text or email updates about your delivery.
After getting started, one of our certified physicians will message you through the patient portal to discuss your health goals, medical history, and any concerns you might have. This confidential meeting will help determine the best approach for your health and wellness journey. If appropriate, the provider will prescribe medication. From there, you will have regular check-ins with your provider. During these check-ins, your provider will monitor your progress, evaluate the effectiveness of the medication, arrange prescription refills, and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan.
The following states require a live provider conversation before approval. If you are in a state that requires a sync visit, the doctor will reach out to you via phone call to complete the prescribing process for you to be prescribed.
Sync Required (Intake and follow-ups):
• DC
• Louisiana
• Mississippi
• Puerto Rico
Sync Required (Intake Visit Only):
• Arkansas
• Georgia
• New Mexico

We will send out an email letting you know you are due for a follow up about 14 days before you're due for another shipment. At that time, you will also see the follow up questionnaire available in your patient portal. In the follow up, you can request to increase, decrease, or stay on the same dosage in medication, and pass along any relevant information to your doctor.
Your payment covers only the cost of your prescribed medication. There are no additional charges for physician consultations, shipping, or hidden fees. We believe in transparent pricing, and all medication pricing is clearly displayed on our website.
* Pricing disclaimer: Final pricing may change if your provider increases or decreases the prescribed medication dosage based on their medical review.

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any guarantees when it comes to delaying an order. We work with many pharmacies, and they all have their own systems in place, so coordinating this is not in our control.
You can update your shipping address in your account settings within your patient portal. Once logged in, select “Manage Account” in the bottom left-hand corner. Next, choose “Billing & Shipping.” From there, you can edit your shipping and/or billing address. Please note that any changes must be made before an order is processed to ensure delivery to the correct location.
For your safety, if there has been a gap in therapy, restart dosing depends on how long you have been off the medication.
• Off 1–4 weeks: You may resume at your previous dose.
• Off 5–8 weeks: Resume at one dose level lower than your prior dose.
• Off 8–12 weeks:
• If you were previously on dose levels 4, 5, or 6, resume at dose 2.
• If you were previously on dose levels 2 or 3, restart at dose 1.
• Off more than 12 weeks: Restart at dose 1.
These guidelines are designed to promote safe use and minimize the risk of side effects. Individual responses can vary, so your provider may adjust your dosing as needed. If you’re unsure where to restart, please contact your provider through the patient portal.(https://my.you4youhealth.com/login)
Yes, the medication is still viable. There are numerous studies relating to the temperature and efficacy of GLP-1s. There is also a common misconception that the medication must be kept cold, it can't reach warmer temperatures, and that is why it is shipped on ice. The ice packs are used to prevent the medication from reaching severe temperatures. Based upon studies performed by NovoNordisk and Eli Lilly, this is our official temperature policy - TEMPERATURE NOTICE: If the medication is hot to the touch, there's no need to worry, as the medication is stable for up to 56 days, at up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The ice pack and thermal bags are to avoid extremely high temps during the shipping process. Also, the medication can reach 104 degrees Fahrenheit & still remain stable for 3 days. To add to the notice: THE VIAL ITSELF CANNOT BE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
Medications are prepared and dispensed by U.S.-licensed pharmacies operating under established regulatory and quality standards. Pharmacy partners follow applicable federal and state guidelines, including validated preparation processes, quality controls, and professional oversight. These measures are designed to help ensure medications meet appropriate standards for accuracy, safety, and consistency before reaching patients.
You4You does not accept insurance at this time. Our care model is designed to simplify access to treatment while maintaining clear, transparent pricing. To help make care more manageable, we offer flexible payment options through Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna.
Refund Policy - If your medication has not yet been sent to the pharmacy or has not been filled, we will issue you a full refund if requested. If you have received your medication and it is viable, you are not eligible for a refund.
We are very transparent with the fact that we are not a pharmacy. We provide you with prescribing physicians and medical advice via our doctor network. We are also partnered with pharmacies that fill and ship orders via either UPS or FedEX. You will receive a tracking number once a label is created. You4You Health is neither the shipper or the recipient; therefore, we are not able to file a claim on your behalf for missing packages. We are also unable to provide you with a refund in this situation, as we have already paid the pharmacy the cost of the missing medication, and you must utilize filing a claim directly with the shipping company. We strongly advise against changing your shipping address after an order has been placed. Please utilize UPS & FedEx's feature of informed delivery, or request a signature for delivery to avoid the most common issues.
We place the utmost importance on your privacy and confidentiality. Our services are fully compliant with HIPAA standards and privacy regulations. Your personal and medical information is securely stored and only accessible to our board-certified physicians, who review your history and prescribe the appropriate weight loss medication. Protecting your sensitive data is our highest priority, and we take every measure to ensure its security.
