After purchasing the medication, a doctor will contact you within around 24 business hours. Since we work with multiple pharmacies, it is hard to give an exact timeframe for shipping times. If you have any concerns about your prescription fulfillment times, please reach out to us.
You can also track your shipment through our secure patient portal and opt in to receive text or email updates about your delivery.
After getting started, you'll schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our certified physicians to discuss your health goals, medical history, and any concerns you might have. This confidential meeting will help determine the best approach for your weight loss journey. If appropriate, the provider will prescribe medication. From there, you will have regular check-ins with your provider. During these check-ins, your provider will monitor your weight loss progress, evaluate the effectiveness of the medication, arrange prescription refills, and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan.
We will send out an email letting you know you are due for a follow up about 14 days before you're due for another shipment. At that time, you will also see the follow up questionnaire available in your patient portal. In the follow up, you can request an increase in dosage and pass along any relevant information to your doctor.

Refund Policy - If your medication has not yet been sent to the pharmacy or has not been filled, we will issue you a full refund if requested. If you have received your medication and it is viable, you are not be eligible full refund.
We are very transparent with that fact that we are not a pharmacy. We provide you with prescribing physicians and medical advice via our doctor network. We are also partnered with pharmacies that fill and ship orders via either UPS or FedEX. You will receive a tracking number once a label is created. You4You Health is neither the shipper or the recipient; therefore, we are not able to file a claim on your behalf for missing packages. We are also unable to provide you with a refund in this situation, as we have already paid the pharmacy the cost of the missing medication, and you must utilize filing a claim directly with the shipping company. We strongly advise against changing your shipping address after an order has been placed. Please utilize UPS & FedEx's feature of informed delivery, or request a signature for delivery to avoid the most common issues.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at help@you4youhealth.com.
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any guarantees when it comes to delaying an order. We work with many pharmacies, and they all have their own systems in place, so coordinating this is not in our control.
We place the utmost importance on your privacy and confidentiality. Our services are fully compliant with HIPAA standards and privacy regulations. Your personal and medical information is securely stored and only accessible to our board-certified physicians, who review your history and prescribe the appropriate weight loss medication. Protecting your sensitive data is our highest priority, and we take every measure to ensure its security.
For medical questions, regarding dosage, interactions, or concerns, please use our secure patient portal to reach out to our medical care team.
For questions regarding billing, shipping, issues with an order, or any technical issues, please reach out to us directly at help@you4youhealth.com.
As you may have heard, the FDA has removed GLP-1s, such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, from its shortage list. As a result, fewer pharmacies are able to compound these medications, leading to increased demand and slower shipping times at those still compounding. You will be eligible to cancel your order and receive a refund if it has been 10 days since you ordered, and your prescription has yet to leave the pharmacy.
There are numerous studies relating to the temperature and efficacy of GLP-1s. There is also a common misconception that the medication must be kept cold, it can't reach warmer temperatures, and that is why it is shipped on ice. The ice packs are used to prevent the medication from reaching severe temperatures. NovoNordisk (https://www.novo-pi.com/ozempic.pdf) and EliLilly (https://pi.lilly.com/us/mounjaro-uspi.pdf). Our official temperature policy is as follows: "TEMPERATURE NOTICE: If the medication is hot to the touch, there's no need to worry, as the medication is stable for up to 56 days, at up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Having the medication refrigerated is important, but it is not required. The ice pack and thermal bags are to avoid extremely high temps during the shipping process. Also, the medication can reach 104 degrees Fahrenheit & still remain stable for 3 days. To add to the notice: THE VIAL ITSELF CANNOT BE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT." If your medication arrives warm, and the ice is melted, but it is still covered by these conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
